How it Works
ReClaim is the world's first luggage tag you can buy that can actually help prevent your bags from getting lost . . . and we’ve made it easy and convenient to buy and use it. Here’s how it works.
Our customer service agents have real-time access to your itineraries to make sure that your luggage is quickly and accurately identified and routed, using industry-standard protocols. Ordinary luggage tags may have your name but they simply don't provide the information airlines need to route your bags to their correct destination with a minimum of delay. If your bag is ever mishandled, the ReClaim electronic luggage tag is the fastest way for the airlines to get it back on track, and into your hands.
ReClaim uses the latest QR barcode and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to provide industry-only priority contact information for baggage handlers, so that they can reach our agents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the original airline paper barcode tag is missing or unreadable, our agents will provide your itinerary to baggage handlers so that your bag can be routed to its correct destination.
When you book a reservation, whether it’s directly with an airline or through a travel agency, email your itinerary to us (firstname.lastname@example.org). We’ll attach it to your file. You can update your information, change your itinerary, or add additional details anytime you like by logging in to your account and making the necessary changes.
Our Customer Service Agents are available 24/7. If your bag is ever mishandled, you can talk to a live agent from anywhere in the world. You can also email us, SMS text message us, fill out a report online, or live chat with us online—whatever is most convenient for you. When your bag is found, we will instantly notify you by whatever method you prefer, and work with the finder to return your bag to you as quickly as possible.
Tough and Durable
It’s not enough to have the latest technology if it’s not going to be able to stand up to the rigors of industry baggage handling. That’s why we make the ReClaim electronic luggage tag of Tesslin, an eco-friendly material that has recently been developed by PPG Industries. It’s stronger and more durable than PVC plastic, to ensure that it will still be with your bag long after less durable tags have been damaged or separated.Lifetime Guarantee
Our guarantee is simple and straightforward: we guarantee the ReClaim electronic luggage tag for as long as you own it. Period.
If your ReClaim electronic tag is ever lost or damaged, we will replace it immediately . . . and we'll pay the shipping and handling. So it won't cost you a dime.
Buying ReClaim electronic luggage tags couldn’t be easier. Simply create an account, supply your contact information, and use our secure PayPal shopping cart to purchase your ReClaim tags using any major credit card. Your account will be activated within 60 seconds and your ReClaime tags will be shipped via airmail or first class mail to your address.
Easy to Use
When you book your trip, whether directly with an airline, through an online travel agency, or with a traditional travel agent, simply email your itinerary to us. That’s it!Satisfaction Guaranteed

"An interesting concept and it looks affordable at $25 a year. I've had my bags left behind on transit flights through Paris airport, so I usually don't check bags on business anymore."
