If the original airline paper barcode tag is missing or unreadable, our agents will provide your itinerary to baggage handlers so that your bag can be routed to its correct destination.
Updated Information
When you book a reservation, whether it’s directly with an airline or through a travel agency, email your itinerary to us (support@trackmybaggage.com). We’ll attach it to your file. You can update your information, change your itinerary, or add additional details anytime you like by logging in to your account and making the necessary changes.

Our Customer Service Agents are available 24/7. If your bag is ever mishandled, you can talk to a live agent from anywhere in the world. You can also email us, SMS text message us, fill out a report online, or live chat with us online—whatever is most convenient for you. When your bag is found, we will instantly notify you by whatever method you prefer, and work with the finder to return your bag to you as quickly as possible.
