A New Kind of Luggage Tag
Last year over 29 million checked bags were mishandled by the world’s airlines. Add a ReClaim electronic tag to your luggage to help make sure that doesn’t happen to you.
Packed With Technology

ReClaim uses next-generation QR barcodes and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to provide industry-only priority contact information for airline baggage handlers. Using hand held scanners, they can reach our agents from anywhere in the world to quickly confirm the ownership and itinerary for any ReClaim electronic luggage tag—even if the original airline tag is missing or unreadable.

ReClaim was developed with input from the United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to ensure that it meets rigorous U.S. and global security and operational standards. It not only protects your bags from loss, it protects your privacy by storing data on our secure servers—never on your ReClaim luggage tag.
Real Time Itineraries

The ReClaim electronic luggage tag is the world's first baggage tag to be backed by live customer service agents with real time access to your itinerary, 24 hours a day. Ordinary luggage tags that only provide your name and address don't provide the kind of information that airlines need to quickly identify and route your bags to their correct destination with a minimum of delay.

The ReClaim electronic tag is one of the toughest, most durable baggage tags available. It's manufactured in the United States and made of Teslin, an eco-friendly material developed by PPG, that is stronger and more durable than PVC plastic. It's attached to your luggage with 1/16" aircraft-grade stainless steel cable that is equipped with a threaded sleeve to make installation easy.
"Thanks for the ReClaim tags. They look great!
We could have really used them on a recent trip to London. We were checking into our Business Class flight when we noticed that the couple behind us had the exact same Hartmann luggage. We joked with them that we'd need to check the bag tags carefully to make sure we all got our own luggage. As luck would have it, the other couple picked up their luggage from baggage claim first, and actually took our bags!
